A 30-year old woman, identified as Gbarngo Mulbah, has allegedly committed suicide in Lelekpayeah Community Quarter six, in Gbarnga, Bong County.
The lifeless body of Madam Gbarngo Mulbah was discovered over the weekend hanging to an unfinished building in the community with a lapper and T-Shirt tied to her neck.
Some eyewitnesses who spoke in an interview with reporters in the Lelekpayeah Community in Gbarnga on Saturday, 4, August, 2018 said, victim Mulbah, prior to her death, had always been complaining about her health condition. She has always complained that she is not feeling well or alright in her body.
Eyewitnesses recalled that sometimes ago, Gbarngo Mulbah was involved in a motorbike accident that led to one of her hands spraining.
Eyewitnesses explained that some local herbalists in the community have been applying various traditional medicines to strengthen the hand of the woman without any success.
The death of madam Mulbah has generated grief among residents of Lelekpayeah Community Quarter six in Jorquelleh electoral Districts#3 in Gbarnga.
The Crime Services Division (CSD) of the Liberia National Police Bong County Detachment has investigated circumstances leading to the death of late Mulbah in the Community.
After the LNP counter checked information surrounding the death of the woman, a 15 men jury was set up by the Police to physically examine the body.
After a thorough and physical examination by the 15 man jury, it was reported that there was no foul play associated with the death of Madam Mulbah.
The report said her death was a result of a suicide.
Mulbah’s husband, Emmanuel Flomo, has expressed shock and disappointment over his wife’s action, especially leaving behind their youngest daughter, a breast- sucking baby.
Meanwhile, the corpse of the late Gbarngo Mulbah has Since been buried.
