The Liberia Institute of Certified Public Accountant has received a visiting consultant from England, Mark Llyodbottom is in the country to conduct a three-day training for professionals Liberian businessmen and women.
The training which is expected to get underway Tuesday, September 4 is aimed at improving the skills of Accountants and mitigating challenges that are affecting Liberian business.
Ahead of the training, the President of LICPA Steven Seimavula is admonishing Accountants who are desirous of improving their skills to take advantage.
According to him, the knowledge gain from such training will help enhance their academic capacity in their various areas of work.
The training is expected to bring together officials of the Liberia Business Association and other professional accountants in the country.
