A man believed to be in his 40s body has been found near a river in fendell.
Residents in the fendell community where the University of Liberia campus is hosted, have hinted that the deceased might have been killed by unknown men adding that the river was used as a cover-up.
The residents said the corpse has developed huge pollution in the area as they are calling in the police to speedily remove the body in order to save others who may be using the stream as a water source.
Our reporter who visited the scene stated that the body was decomposed and undressed as residents in the area trooped in to ascertain the real cause of death.
Residents in the area could not confirm to The Monrovia Times that the deceased was a member of their community.
Up to press time, the police had not arrived on the scene to take hold of the body.
