A day after a woman was allegedly murder in Bong County, residents of Bong county woke up to another death news.
A 17-year-old boy identified as Philip Sumo has allegedly committed suicide in Laviayeah Town, in electoral District#2, Bong County.
The lifeless body of Little boy Sumo was discovered Monday, September 17, 2018, hanging in his bedroom in the Town with rope on his neck which is said to have been used to kill himself.
The death of Philip Sumo has again generated grief among residents of Laviayeah Town in Jorquelleh electoral Districts#2 in Bong County.
Some eyewitnesses who spoke in an interview with our Bong County Correspondent in the Laviayeah Town on Monday said victim Sumo, prior to his death, he took away an amount of eight thousand five hundred Liberian Dollars from his mother which was belonged to his aunt. According to the eyewitnesses, Sumo was asked by his Mother to pay back the money and agree to pay back.
The eyewitness believes that might have been the condition that led to his death.

The Crime Services Division (CSD) of the Liberia National Police Bong County Detachment has investigated circumstances leading to the death of late Sumo in the Community.
After verifying information surrounding the death of the boy, a 15 men jury was set up by the Police to physically examine the body.
After the physical examination by the 15 men juries, it was reported that there was no foul associated with the death of Philip Sumo, a rope found at the scene hanging from the ceiling is believed to be the rope which he made have used to take his own life.
The Town Chief of Laviayeah and elder brother of the late Sumo, George Sumo has expressed shock and disappointment over’s his action.
Meanwhile, the Liberian National Police Bong County Detachment has ordered the bereaved family members to bury the corpse of Philip Sumo.
