Ask Sisters Win Kickball Double Championship

Ask Sisters on Sunday won the Liberia Kickball Federation Knockout title at the SKD training ground.

Ask Sisters defeated Royal Sisters 7-0 Home-runs in a dull final.
Ask Sisters won the cup without conceding a home-run and scoring the biggest win, which is a new record in the history of kickball.

No team has won the Kickball Knockout final without tasting home-runs.
Lewis Toe scored three home-runs to help Ask Sisters win the knockout title for the first time.

This means, Ask Sisters finished the season as double Champions after they were earlier declared Champions in the National League.

The title on Sunday is Ask Sisters third in their history after picking up their first last week.

Royal Sisters coach, Lassana Moore reacting to the defeat said his side lost due to fatigue from playing back-to-backs matches in the last week.

Meanwhile, a special award night is been prepared by the Liberia Kickball Federation (LKF) to hand out individual and other awards for the season.
At that ceremony, the Knockout Champions Ask Sisters will be presented with a cash prize of $15,000.00 LD and medals, while Brazilian Girls will be promoted to the first division after winning the second division.

Several individuals will also receive special awards.

Famatta Dean, the most inspirational player of the season is tip to win the most valuable player award.
Her presence on the Ask Sisters team gave them plenty hopes during the season, as she also proved that she’s the best defensive first base player.

The next LKF season will come on in February.
