Muscat FC who was relegated three seasons ago has missed out twice in making a return to the second league. The Du-Point Road based Club has been consistent in their performances since their relegation, reaching the final rounds of the last two National Playoff.
The team managed by Charles Massalay, Abraham Wheon and others has been the best playing 3rd division team in the past years but found difficulties in returning to the second league in recent years.
The club managed to win its way back to the 2nd division with the help of former Nimba County and Margibi County coach Muta Fofana.
Fofana managed to bring on new faces to strengthen the squad attacking machinery, which has paid off well.
