Bong County Chief Prosecutor Attorney Jonathan Flomo has called on citizens of the County to remain calms as they are doing all to bring to justice those alleged perpetrated in the case of the late Satta Banda.

Fifteen years old Satta Banda was allegedly murdered cool blood late September 2018 by her boyfriend Clarence David in Gbartala, Yelequelleh District.

Suspect David and the others are behind bars awaiting court trial.

Speaking in an exclusive interview withThe Monrovia Times recently at the Ninth Judicial Circuit in Gbarnga, the Bong County chief prosecutor said people need to understand the working of the criminal justice system of the country, noting that those allegedly perpetrated in the case of the late Satta Banda will be brought to justice for prosecutions.

It can be recalled that the victim boyfriend Clarence David along with others were arrested 2018 and charged with murder by the Bong County Crime Services Division of the Liberia National Police and put behind bars at the Gbarnga Central Prison for being allegedly linked to the gruesome murder of Satta.

During police preliminary investigation in the case, it was established the late Satta Banda was rape by some individuals before being killed.

After spending barely four months in jail at the Gbarnga central prison awaiting court trial, prime suspect Josephine Sulonteh pointed accusing fingers to Amos Molo, Amos Sulonteh and J.D Kolleh for masterminding the death of her friend Satta.

The Bong county chief prosecutor has at the same time trashes report that the late Satta Banda case is dead, stating that under his watch as Attorney of the county he remains committed to excising his duty without fear of favor.

Attorney Flomo wants citizens of the county especially family members of the late Satta Banda and dwellers of Gbartala in Yelequelleh District remain patient as the case will be on the docket for hearing during the February AD 2019 term of court.
