Gbarnshiea Clan Citizen Endorses Dr. Flomo 2020 Senatorial Bid In Bong
Ahead of the 2020 Senatorial election in Liberia, citizens of Gbarnshiea clan in Electoral District #2 in Bong County have endorsed the candidacy of former Bong County Technical College President Dr. John Flomo for the upcoming 2020 senatorial election.
Speaking on behalf of the citizens in Gorgor Town, Gbarnshiea clan, over the weekend, elder James Kollie and clan chief honorable Bill Mulbah Kollie stressed the need for Dr. John Flomo to contest the impending senatorial election.
Mr. Kollie explained that they have built confidence and trust in the former Bong County Technical College President as people center leader as such; there is a need to be given the first chance to serve the County at the Liberian Senate.
The citizens said for so long Gbarnshiea clan and electoral district #2 have been abandoned by leaders of the county.
Additionally, the citizens again said Dr. Flomo played a major role in the completion of the Bong County Technical College which led to the transferring of the College from the William V S Tubman Gray High in Gbarnga to the main building of College has brought pride to the County.
They noted that Gbarnshiea clan lacks the social and basic services blaming it on poor representation by some authorities of the county.
James Kollie and Hon. Bill Mulbah Kollie, however, plead with God to favor Dr. Flomo as he contemplates on becoming the next senator of Bong County.
They then appealed to the Bong County son to focus on his quest and prioritize district #2 and Bong County at large.
Also speaking in Gorgor Town, former Bong County Technical College president Dr. John Flomo thanked citizens of his clan for endorsing his political quest.
He noted that he will do all he can to better the living condition of citizens of electoral district #2 and the entire Bong county.
According to him, unity is lacking in the county and he is prepared to unite the leaders and citizens of Bong County. Dr. John Flomo said dividing Bong County will not mean well for the development of the county.
He said Bong County can only be developed if citizens are united under an umbrella.
He also extended commendation to the Gbarnshiea Clan Citizens for taking the right decision to petition him ahead of the 2020 election in the Country.
