Jestina Taylor Break Silence – Says She Was Sexually Molested By Her Abductors.

A woman who was recently seen in a viral facebook video accusing Monrovia City Mayor Jefferson Koijee and others of killing innocent citizens during the Liberian civil crisis has broken her silence from her sickbed.
Jestina Taylor said she was sexually molested by her abductors

Speaking to a team of reporters on Monday in Monrovia, Madam Taylor said that following her revelation on facebook, she was abducted and taken to an unknown location by some men who sexually molested her.

She said she was severely beaten and tortured by unknown men which according to her led to spinal injury.

Jestina Taylor recently accused Monrovia City Mayor Jefferson Koijee and other stalwarts of the CDC of killing innocent citizens during the civil war. Her revelation on facebook has been shared over a hundred thousand times

A medical report shared with the media recommended that Ms. Taylor leave the country to seek advance neurological surgery.

Ms. Taylor has used the occasion to appeal to international organizations for assistance to help her seek medical attention abroad. She is currently been treated at the Catholic Hospital in Monrovia.

For his part, Human Rights activist Adam Dempster expressed concern over the wellbeing of Jestina Taylor.

He said, he takes seriously the life of every citizen including Ms. Taylor.
He also expressed concern over the huge presence of LNP officers at the Hospital, something he describes as intimidating to other patients.

  • This is a sad story. Freedom of speech is being impeded. Why will the LNP be at the hospital? Was Ms Taylor taken there by the LNP becoming their patent? I’m beginning to smell something.

    This is complete wickedness in the highest form. Every well meaning Liberian should condemned such barbaric act.
    I am calling on the international community and all human rights organizations to pressurize the government in bringing the would be perpetrators to book and grant our sister justice.
    I am also sending an SOS call for her to seek advanced medical check up.
    May God heal her…..
